Introducing our Panelists for this Discussion:

Trish Stephens, Psychotherapist

Trish Stephens is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qual.) who works in private practice. She helps individuals to cope with depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions.  Trish also supports her clients in cultivating health relationships, establishing personal boundaries, and developing the skills for wholesome living. She has an office in Sandy Hill, and works primarily with teens and adults under the age of 35. Trish feels incredibly privileged to work in the mental health community, and is grateful to those who share their vulnerabilities, helping us to understand that we are never alone.

Dr. Raywat Deonandan, Epidemiologist

Raywat Deonandan is a global health Epidemiologist and Associate Professor with the Interdisciplinary School of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa. Visit him online at

Justine Manulak, Pharmacist

Justine Manulak is a clinical pharmacist and professional practice lead pharmacist at the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre. She has practiced in schizophrenia and adolescent psychiatry, and is currently practicing in geriatric psychiatry. Justine is the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacist Ottawa Valley co-chair. She competed her education and residency in Manitoba.
